Honey slices recipe
Melt in stainless steel bowl in steam 2 tbsp of honey, 5 dkg fat, 20 dkg sugar.
Boil then let it cool down and add 2 eggs, teaspoon of baking soda, 40 dkg all purpose flour, pinch of cinnamon. Then split into 3 parts and bake quickly.
Creamy filling: ¼ litres milk, 3 spoonfuls of all purpose flour – cook. 25 dkg fat, pinch of salt, stir in and combine, then add rum.
Coat the jam and then cream.
