Meter cake with chocolate topping

4 eggs, 25 dkg sugar, ¾ glass of hot water, ½ glass of oil, 25 dkg plain flour, 1 baking powder, 2 tbsp of cocoa.
Whisk sugar with egg yolks, add water, oil, flour and baking powder and at the end carefully mix in beaten egg whites. Bake 2 long rectangular shaped cakes – one from light dough and one from dark dough.
Creamy filling
25 dkg butter, 15 dkg sugar, 1 cooked unsweetened custard, vanilla, 1 tbsp of rum.
Cut diagonally, use chocolate topping.
