Carrot ravioli sweet pastry

50 dkg caster sugar, 25 dkg grated carrots, 25 dkg of 100% fat, 1 baking powder.

Prepare the dough and cut out squares, each fill with jam, fold into ravioli shape and bake. After baking coat in icing sugar.
