4 kg pumpkin chopped into cubes, put in a pot with 2 liters of water, 1 tbsp of citric acid (or slice of lemon). Let it rest overnight.
10 dkg grated dark chocolate, 5 dkg ground nuts, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp of rum. Creamy filling: 5 dkg butter, 7 dkg sugar, 1 boiled egg white.
36 cloves of garlic, 1 liter of red wine. Let the garlic infuse in wine for 6 weeks.
2 kg tomatoes, 2 kg peppers, onions, fat. Pour hot water on tomatoes to make the peeling more easier.
Walnuts, sugar (less sugar than walnuts, so it´s not too sweet), water, liquor. Cut walnuts in half, pour cooked sugar over walnuts.
½ kg all purpose flour, salt, 3 egg yolks, 10 dkg yeast, 5 dkg butter, 5 dkg sugar, ¼ litres of milk, take some of the dough, place stuffing in centre of each bun and fold sides together, then make same size balls.
