After Easter tuna/egg spread

Homemade after Easter spread

WHAT WE WILL NEED

  • 195 g canned tuna
  • 2 - 3 eggs (boiled for 10 minutes)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of good mustard (dijon is my favorite)
  • half of medium onion (chopped finely) 
  • salt & pepper
  • cress for decoration

HOW TO DO IT

Whisk everything (accept cress) together to smooth consistency (use hand mixer/blender), seasoned it as you like. Better to put the spread into a fridge for 2 hours (to settle down). Finally grease on good bread, decorate with cress and...
