Raw coconut-forest fruit dessert

When your friend has gluten free and non-lactose diet

WHAT WE WILL NEED
(4 servings)

  • 300 - 400 ml of coconut milk (just the cream part)
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter

HOW TO DO IT

Dissolve butter, add walnuts, bake lightly, add honey, bake lightly again (if you skip a bake part, dessert will be totally raw). Put on the bottom of glass or cup the baked or not baked walnuts with honey (I personally add few pcs of goji on it), make one layer of coconut milk, then one layer of blueberries, again one layer of coconut and on the top add rapsberries... Or make your on way! :)
